Meet BC woman Daniella Volpato, a teacher who enjoys almost no brow maintenance because her brows are tamed regularly by Lien.

1. Tell us about your first brow grooming experience?

My eyebrows were waxed fortnightly and the regrowth and maintenance were becoming too much. I didn’t think my first appointment with Lien would make much difference; I thought it would be a process and I was wrong. Lien was amazing. She totally changed my brows. She spent a solid amount of time with me, measuring, plucking and reshaping the look. WOW! What a difference. I’ve never looked back.

2. What is your current brow routine?

There is no routine, that’s the beauty of it! I brush my brows up and I’m done. I do, however, visit Lien every four weeks to ensure they are well-maintained.

**3. What does brow confidence mean to you?**

I have so much trust and faith in the hands of Lien. Brow confidence is exactly [how I’d describe] the experience. There’s no doubt in my mind when I sit in the chair.
