  • Payment is made at the time of booking.

  • You may reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours before your appointment. No changes can be made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.

  • The general answer is no.

However, I understand life happens so if you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours due to illness or emergency, I will refund your pre-paid appointment.

  • It's really up to you. If you feel like you gain everything you need from your first appointment, then I'll be happy for you to take over from there. Of course, you'll always be welcome to come back when you want to.

  • It really depends on your growth cycle, however, 6-8 weeks is a good ballpark.

  • You don't need to. It's more effective to know what shape is right for you before you try to grow them out. Chances are, you'll grow back more unwanted stray hairs rather than any desired growth.

  • No, I don't. These methods are very imprecise. I remove hairs with tweezers only.

For our appointment, you will sit up straight while I shape your brows. Reclining or lying flat on your back as you may be used to results in uneven brows as I am unable to see your regular facial movements.

  • I believe tweezing is the most precise method and it is also the most gentle method for your delicate eye area.

Tweezing is also the easiest way for you to shape your brows at home.

  • No. I'm not a fan of tinting. It's an imprecise and temporary solution that can make your problematic brow shape appear more noticeable.

I understand you want to make the most of your light hair or thin brows, but keeping your natural brows and improving them daily with a small amount of product is a better solution.

  • Absolutely not. Anyone can learn to improve their brows with step-by-step guidance.

  • With a bit of practice, you can style your brows in minutes. Brows have the power to help you charge through the day.

  • Not at all. A bit of brow product can make all the difference. Better yet, the result is natural and seamless when you do it right, and I will teach you how.
