Christina Redlich

Say hello to Christina

Here we feature a different woman in the Brow Confidence community and ask her about her first brow experiences, the lessons she’s learned, and her top brow tips.

Meet BC woman Christina Redlich who prefers natural, balanced brows over makeup.

Name: Christina Redlich
Age: 50
Occupation: Yoga Teacher / Manager

1. Tell us about your first brow grooming experience.

I think it may have been a botched home job, followed by a series of beauty therapists with varying degrees of success. I had super strong eyebrows to start but the trend at the time was for thin brows which of course didn’t suit everyone and took forever to grow out.

2. What is your current brow routine?

I’d love to say I maintain between appointments but honestly I lock in a time when Lien is in Melbourne and I find in between I can manage with her tricks (pear soap and a mascara brush) and the Benefit Precise eyebrow pencil.

3. What does brow confidence mean to you?

As I’m not a huge fan of makeup, I feel put together but in a natural way. Lien takes your whole face into account when she works her magic and separately is great fun, a real pro.

4. How did you find out about Lien?

I remember a phone call first up maybe to manage expectations! Lien was very patient with my questions and and old wives tales of castor oil (doesn’t work) and now we have a good routine going, ironically with my eyebrows back to how they were before I started.

5. Biggest lesson you’ve taken away?

Listen to the experts, no waxing and laugh.

6. Describe your brows in three words:

Strong, defined, me.

Brow Confidence is about building a community of women that want a better future for their brows.
